How is billing determined in MaestroQA? 

This will depend on your package. If you are on a monthly package you will be charged based off of number of agents you are QAing. 

If you are on an annual package, you will be charged based off of the number of agents you have contracted. If you are unsure how many agents that is, please reference the next section to learn best methods of contact!

As a whole, Admins can check out number of agents available by:

  1. Clicking on Settings
  2. Clicking on User Roles
  3. Clicking on Agents tab
  4. Read the blurb written in a similar format to image shown below

For Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer, and you are looking to obtain information regarding:

  • Updating payment option
  • Updating billing point of contact
  • Check billing cycle/frequency
  • Obtain contract details 
  • Upgrading packages 
  • Receiving billing invoices 
  • Check number of contracted agents (annual contract only) 

Then, the best point of contact in order would be:

  1. Contact your CSM directly 
  2. Chat in via the chat bubble hovering in the bottom left corner

For Existing and Prospective Customers

If you are an existing or prospective customer, and you are looking to obtain information regarding:

  • Package details and differences
  • General questions for how billing is determined
