If you would like to create training materials for your agents, or whoever inhabits the Agent role within MaestroQA, you can use the following resource as a starting point:

Agent Training Deck

This deck is intended to be used for two main purposes:

  1. Initial training during MaestroQA onboarding

  2. Ongoing training when onboarding new agents into your support program

The deck is generalized in terms of language and the screenshots leveraged. You are encouraged to create your own copy of the document so that you can update it with your own language, branding, and screenshots if desired.
