Where do I start?
In Omnipresent Coaching, open or create a Coaching Session for any agent, and then locate the calendar icon in the top right corner shown in the screenshot below.
You will then see a form named Create Calendar Event where you must fill out:
Select your team's Email Provider
Choose between Gmail, Outlook or Office365.
This will also determine where you will be redirected to after clicking Create Event.
Select a Date Range for when the Coaching Session can take place.
If you want to specific the Coaching Session is happening on a specific day, select that date twice.
Create a Title which will be the name of the Calendar Event.
Write a Description which will be in the description field of the Calendar Event.
Select who will be invited to the Coaching Session.
By default you, the creator, will be included.
The guest joining will be invited using the email they use to sign into MaestroQA or is associated with their Agent Profile.
After filling out these details, you can click on Create Event which will generate a new tab in your selected Email Provider with the details filled out. From here you can:
Specify a more exact time for when the Coaching Session takes place.
Add in a video conferencing link if needed.
Note: This scheduled calendar event will not automatically share the Coaching Session or be attached to the Coaching Session. Make sure to still share the Coaching Session as usual.
