Integrating Front with MaestroQA allows you to streamline your quality assurance process by syncing tickets and data directly between the two platforms. Follow these simple steps to complete the integration.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Navigate to the Integrations Page
Start by logging into your MaestroQA account.
From the main dropdown menu, click the Integrations option
2. Select the Front Integration Tile
Click the Front tile on the Integrations page. This will open the integration setup screen.
3. Enter Your Front API Token
You will need an API token from your Front account to enable the connection.
Follow this guide on how to create an API token in Front.
Once you have your token, enter it in the designated field within the MaestroQA setup screen.
4. Submit and Authenticate
After entering your API token, click Submit.
The authentication process should only take a few moments. Once authenticated, your Front account will be successfully integrated with MaestroQA.
Allow Time for Data Sync
After successfully integrating Front, it may take a few hours for all your tickets and relevant data to fully sync with MaestroQA. Once synced, you’ll be able to see and review Front tickets directly in MaestroQA for your QA workflows.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the integration process, or if your tickets do not appear in MaestroQA after several hours, check the following:
Verify that your API token from Front is correct and active.
Ensure that your Front account has the necessary permissions for API access.
