MaestroQA provides an easy to use, out of the box API integration with Assembled, which is used solely as a read-only integration. The integration allows MaestroQA to call Assembled's Adherence Report API to bring in common WFM metrics like Adherence and Occupancy for comprehensive performance management. The full list of metrics / metric inputs can be seen in Assembled's API documentation.

All that is needed for the integration is an API key (After logging into your Assembled account, you can view your keys from the Settings → API page) and your account timezone. Once you have these details, you can enter them in the Integrations page in MaestroQA.

Once the integration is enabled, your MaestroQA contact can work with you to add your WFM metrics to reporting.
