What is an Automation?
An Automation is a MaestroQA feature available through the full MaestroQA app. This feature allows QA Managers to automatically conduct workflows such as:
Assigning tickets to grade
Agent QA. Click here to learn more about Agent QA

Sharing feedback with Agents/ Graders
Sharing Automations is limited to users on the Team and Professional packages.
Where can I set up an Automations?
To locate the Automations page, a user will:
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Automations
By default, only the Admin role has access to the Automations settings. However, Admins can allow Graders, Managers, and Limited Admins to manage Automations. Follow these steps to enable Automations for these roles:
Click on Settings
User Roles > Role Permissions tab
Scroll down to the option " Allow Graders, Managers, and Limited Admins to create and run Automations" and check the checkbox.
