Flagging is a way to share particular tickets, or moments that happened when you were working a ticket, with your team lead.
When you flag a ticket, it will show as flagged in MaestroQA. Your team can search for flagged recordings, and they can see whether or not the recording was flagged while grading tickets.
How to flag
- While you are recording a ticket in Zendesk, hover over the Maestro icon. You will see an option to flag the in-progress recording. You can only flag an in-progress recording.
- Click the "Flag recording" button. Optionally, you can leave a note to share why you are flagging the recording.
