Flagging is a way to share particular tickets, or moments that happened when you were working a ticket, with your team lead.
When you flag a ticket, it will show as flagged in MaestroQA. Your team can search for flagged recordings, and they can see whether or not the recording was flagged while grading tickets.
How to flag
While you are recording a ticket in Zendesk, hover over the Maestro icon. You will see an option to flag the in-progress recording. You can only flag an in-progress recording.
Click the "Flag recording" button. Optionally, you can leave a note to share why you are flagging the recording.
