Set your account's time zone

Overview

By default, MaestroQA will use Eastern Standard Time (EST). Always be sure to adjust your time zone in the case that this time zone does not match your current time zone. 

Time Zones affect all date related fields in MaestroQA, and a few to be specific include:

  • Ticket creation dates

  • Last graded times

  • Automation run times

  • Reporting date ranges

How to Adjust Time Zone

In order to adjust your time zone, you will need to be an admin.

Step 1: Go to "Settings" => "Other Settings"

Step 2: Scroll down to "Timezone" and select the correct timezone
