With Smart Links in Coaching Sessions, team leads can:

  • Neatly copy and paste links to tickets into the body of a coaching session, but from the Maestro Tickets tab and Zendesk, Salesforce, Kustomer, and Intercom

  • Have discussions around individual tickets in the body of the session overview, leading to sessions that flow better for team leads and agents

  • Click to open a modal to view ticket details within a session overview


How to Create Smart Links

  1. Copy a link to an individual ticket within Maestro or your helpdesk (we support this in Zendesk, Salesforce, Kustomer, and Intercom)

  2. Paste the link into your Session Overview in any Coaching Session, and see the Smart Link appear! Click into the Smart Link for more ticket details
