Use the Appeals Workflow to encourage discussion and improve coaching around the answers you or your agents receive. Then, seamlessly track the progress of Appeals and manage their review right in MaestroQA!

To enable appeals for non-agents:

  • Go to Settings and click Other Settings

  • Scroll down till you see [Additional Settings]

  • Choose Enable Appeals Workflow (for non-agents)

To enable appeals for all of your MaestroQA users:

  • Go to Settings and click Other Settings

  • Scroll down till you see [Additional Settings]

  • Choose Enable Appeals Workflow (for non-agents) and Enable Appeals for Agents
