First method: Receiving PDFs of your scores
Your team lead will share a report, sent out by "email@example.com" that will link you to a PDF version of your scores. The email will look similar to the screenshot below.
Second method: Signing into MaestroQA
If you have access to MaestroQA, in addition to viewing scores via a PDF report, you can now login directly into MaestroQA to view scores as well.
If your role is setup to be a standard agent, you will see a collection of tabs similar to the below. From here, you can filter for specific tickets within the Tickets tab or view already bundled together graded tickets within the Ticket Reviews tab.
